At Backstory we take our responsibility towards health, the environment and our community seriously. We recycle most of our trash and our food waste is composted daily. All of our to-go containers, straws, spoons and forks are fully biodegradable.
For us, conscientious business practices require more than ecological sustainability though. This ethic includes being intentional about the social space we create and the community in which we participate.
